Really good Stay with Awesome Service!

I appreciated the spacious room and the helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me with a fax. The nearby train station made city exploration easy. Remember to try the breakfast for just 5 euros-definitely worth it!

The room was very spacious and the place was reasonably quiet. The proximity to the train (S-Bahn) was great, it made travel into/out of Berlin a breeze. Breakfast was simple but nice.

the location was peaceful and magnificent, close to u-bahn! greatly enjoyed our rooms with a nice bathroom.

Hotel-pension victoria was a great base for our family. The economy double room wassuper clean and cozy, and the location was very close to the train station. We loved the friendly service, the staff provided a map and answered all our questions.

the building work on the second floor created some noise.

Room was massive. Had two beds even though I was traveling alone. Had room with shared bath, but two bathrooms were conveniently located directly across the hall and were clean and modern. Several restaurants were in the area, and a large shopping mall was located about ten minutes away by foot.

The parking resources were described on the Booked.net site as "Free public parking is possible on site". What this ended up being was 'Street parking is free if you can find it'. I arrived mid-evening and it was a bit challenging to find parking. Hotel works best when you are traveling only by public transportation because the S-Bahn station is no more than two minutes by foot from the hotel. The overhead light in the room was quite dim. Not possible to do any written work at night. Breakfast, although simple and non-buffet, was somewhat overpriced at 5eur. The addition of an egg, and/or orange juice, would have been welcome.

It was very cheap and clean and the breakfasts were great. Rooms were large and the street is very quaint though it is pretty far out.

Sound proofing is very poor, our room was adjacent to the staircase and we could hear every guest stomping up the stairs especially the drugged up/drunk Danish clubbers that came back at 6am in the morning. None of the staff spoke any English which was very strange for Berlin and made dealing with bill query very difficult.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station! Room was bright and clean.

Be prepared for a detached bathroom. Slightly inconvenient.

Excellent price, clean modern room (with shared toilet/shower), pleasant neighborhood well outside of city center with excellent transit access.

English skills of staff not ideal, but we managed. No daily maid service of room, at least for me when I was there. Hotel was very clean, though.

I had a pleasant stay with a clean, spacious room and enjoyed the breakfast. just be aware that the bathroom is located outside the room.

Great value for money, wonderful location. Some travellers may think it's too simple, but when you need just a place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing or shopping - it's just the right place - clean, quiet, near to the station and to cafes. Very nice owners.

The room is cleaned and towels are changed once in three days, which is OK. But the same situation is with taking the garbage away. So if you need to throw away for example some food remains, you should better take them away yourself, otherwise they will be in your room for three days...

Was not clear that room did not have own bathroom, but maybe we should looked closer at details.

The location is very good (next to an S-bahn station, about 10 mins from Aleksanderplatz), the neighbourhood is very pleasant with quite a few cafes/restaruants and a bakery. Free parking spaces are available in the street. The staff was very helpful. The room and bathroom are well kept and very clean. Very good value for money. Bardzo mily Pan recepcjonista mowiacy po polsku.

Staff extended checkout by one hour, very helpful.

It was a very spacious room on a nice street. Wardrobe included.

Uncomfortable bed compared to many budget places.

Good stay, as always. Quiet and simple hotel located in a good quiet area just off Verti Music Hall, several restaurants, and Alexanderplatz or other sightseeing places. Huge, stylish rooms with a nice bathroom. Savoury breakfast selection, kind staff. Peaceful location, not very far from Nixenspiel Sculpture.

Wi-Fi was very poor.
